Can the agent run a real technical diagnostic?

How does it assign a technician?
It checks availability in your system (Google Calendar, ServiceNow, SAP...) and assigns the nearest available technician to the customer's area. It respects specialisation rules: if the work order involves gas, it dispatches a gas-certified technician.
Does it work with multiple brands and equipment types?
Yes. We load the model database, error codes and diagnostic trees for every brand you service. The agent identifies the equipment and applies the corresponding workflow.
Does it connect to our existing field service software?
If it has an API, yes. We integrate with SAP, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Odoo, Jira Service and also with custom systems. The agent opens the work order, assigns the technician and updates the status in real time.
What happens outside business hours?
